Distinction for ethics study at Orchard PR

Distinction for ethics study at Orchard PR

We are celebrating staff development again: Orchard account executive Harriet Black has gained the Chartered Institute of Public Relations PR Diploma, receiving a distinction for her main project which focused on ethics in public relations.

Harriet already holds a degree in public and media relations from the University of Swansea and the post graduate level diploma meant she could take her skills and knowledge even higher.

The diploma qualification means Harriet is now a full member and can apply to be an accredited practitioner of the CIPR.

At Orchard, we support training and development and everyone is encouraged to undertake CIPR qualifications. Another of our consultancy team, account executive John McCarthy, has just completed the CIPR Advanced Certificate during his first year with us.

We recognise the benefits of professional development – it is through studying for PR qualifications that we gain knowledge and skills that will be of direct benefit to our clients.

Harriet and John have worked hard through a lot of independent study and we’re very proud of their achievements.
