Communications agency Orchard has promoted Francesca Salmon to Account Manager as it continues to invest in its people.
Proving her aptitude for communications and appetite for greater responsibility, this is Francesca’s second promotion in just two years, since joining the team and industry three years ago as an Account Executive.
Francesca’s promotion follows a year of standout work project managing award-winning campaigns, successfully onboarding new clients, building on established media and client relationships, and delivering creative and considered strategic counsel to her clients. With an academic background in behavioural science and years spent working within the NHS before joining Orchard, she has naturally developed a specialism in health and wellbeing and behavioural change, working with healthcare providers and clients such as the Health Improvement Commission.
Her new role will see her take responsibility for a varied portfolio of clients, managing the day-to-day running of the accounts, delivering exceptional service to clients, and contributing to new business proposals and other business development projects.

Francesca’s promotion is the latest in a series of team moves for Orchard, as the agency appointed two Senior Account Managers in January of this year, including its first-ever Jersey-based team member.
