Francesca Salmon

Francesca joined Orchard after spending three years working with the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) for the NHS, having graduated from Loughborough University with a first-class BSc Psychology degree.

Specialising in projects focused on behavioural change, Francesca’s expertise gives her a strong understanding of the human element that makes so many communications campaigns a success – and her creative flair means that she can deliver great ideas to capitalise on that clarity.

Outside of the office, Francesca loves to run, swim or do workout classes – that’s when she’s not refuelling in front of the TV with lots of sugary snacks.
